Log onto SAP.
Enter SAP transaction ZAUTORESV.

An Information screen appears with a cross‐client table warning. Click the green check mark to continue.

The Change View “Storage for Automatic Reservations”: Overview screen appears.

Click the New Entries button. The screen changes to New Entries: Details of New Entries.

After Reservation, enter your prior reservation number with the desired quantity of dry ice. Enter a Cost Center or WBS Element. An example is shown.

Click the Save button.
The reservation number and charge information will be added to the Storage for Automatic Reservations table.

On the next scheduled run, a new reservation number will be created that duplicates the old reservation entered. The new reservation will print in the dry ice location at the scheduled time for pick‐list printing.
To delete an automatic reservation, click on the line with the reservation number to delete, then click the Delete button.

Click the Save button.
The reservation number and charge information will be deleted from the Storage for Automatic Reservations table.
