From your Junk Email, Right-click the email message from PRO BATCH and select Junk > Not Junk.
When the “Mark as Not Junk” window pops up, make sure the checkbox is checked for “Always trust email from sapbasis@uams.edu. Select OK. Future emails from this address will go to your Inbox rather than your Junk Mail.
