From your home shopping screen click on the SBS icon select “Browse Contracts”.
This will bring up the contract – select Open Summary > Goods and Services > Shop for Contract Items.
This brings up all of the items.
If the item you are needing to order isn’t included on U●Buy. Please contact Nathan Hicks at SBS at Nathan.Hicks@standardbusiness.com or 501-663-4414 for assistance on getting the SBS part number for the toner that you need.
You can add the new toner to your cart by using the non-catalog form. To do so please see the steps below:
1. From your home shopping page click on non-catalog item. This will bring up the form you see below.
2. Enter Supplier “Standard Business Systems”.
3. In this form enter the remaining fields:
- Product Description – What type of toner? Model number?
- Catalog No. – Product number provided by SBS
- Quantity – How many are you ordering?
- Price Estimate – Enter the contract price provided by SBS
- Packaging – How is it sent to us? 1/EA – 10/CS
4. Click the blue – Save and Close button.
This will bring you to your Shopping Cart.
