O2 Tank Process

1. Obtain hardcopy of daily itenerary
2. Retrieve Cart and starter tanks and proceed to first step of itenarary
3. Remove expired unusable or excess tanks and annotate itenerary
4. Refill PAR level and annotate itinerary
5. Proceed to next PCE on the itinerary
6. Remove expired unusable or excess tanks and annotate itenerary
7. Upload itinerary to hand held scanner
8. Retrieve cart and starter tanks and proceed to the first step of the itinerary
9. Scan barcode located on tank stand
10. Remove expired, unusable or excess tanks and annotate on monthly inventory log kept on tank stand
11. Refill PAR level and annotiate on monthly inventory log kept on tank stand
12. Proceed to next PCU on the intinerary
