Standard PO
A type of PO used for one-time purchase of goods and services. The Standard PO is the most utilized PO type.
- Service Line
A type of requisition line used for one-time services. A Service Line also allows you to tie a service to a good (e.g., furniture installation). - Goods Line
A type of requisition line used for acquiring specific commodities.
Framework PO
A type of PO used to procure services that are rendered multiple times within a fiscal year (e.g., lawn care, maintenance plans).
Supplier Contract
A Workday task used to pay for automatic, scheduled payments for services that are used on a continuous basis (e.g., building lease, equipment lease).
